well actually, since i started the no-alcohol plan on st pat’s day, it was about 6 hours before friends were pouring beer down my throat BUT i did better on the other counts.. i did abstain from fried food.. also refrained from drinking soda.. and just had my first cup of coffee in a month. it’s fun to do these, i think i lost 7 pounds in 2 wks- w very little effort and no others change aside from the goals themselves
