Just long enough to throw traffic into chaos for most of the peak summer road use... I guess all official workmen are the same the world over, which is a pretty frightening thought... Actually, there are so many requirements for a person's job, one guy to do one thing and that leads to another to perform the other tasks. The six people to stand around and watch is pretty common too, those are the guys in charge making sure the workers are doing the jobs the correct way. I'm surprised they didn't make the work crews set out orange cones but then I guess cones aren't needed in a driveway. :lol: Gee, sounds like the work crews here.
