What is it about workmen and bathrooms?

Lets face it, in day to day life you don’t have more than a 5 minute gap between them grasping at themselves, like their genitals are likely to fall off and they need to be sure it’s still attached… (Velcro dahrling… it’s the only way )

Now send them to the bathroom…

Never mind hoping they put the seat back down, I’d settle for them just hitting the bowl.

Usually they manage to hit the wall, the floor, the seat, the cover… I sometimes wonder if any of it actually goes into the bowl.

So how come, they’re clothed and working and grabbing their genitals every few minutes, put them in the bathroom, the one place you really hope they’d have hold of themselves.

I mean, come on… They have a directional hose attachment, so how can they manage to miss the bowl so much?

Am I missing something?

I’ve been feeling quite quiet lately… Well not so much quiet as irritable, crabby and anti-social… But then that’s what happens when I don’t get enough sleep, I get cranky

Not much has been happening, but we did have someone watching the house yesterday, which was surprising!

Well it seems the great digital revolution began today.

The first area of the UK last their terrestrial television service today and are now a digital only zone. This is the start of a 4 year scheme to go from standard to digital television services across the whole country…

I feel so cheated *pouts*

I thought I had a new job yesterday… I should have known it was too good to be true!

You see many, many years ago… Ok, so about 3…

I put my resume onto several on-line job sites. I liked the idea of hunting for work even while I lay in bed watching TV. But then that kind of thing probably appeals to most people, since job hunting isn’t the most interesting thing in the world.

Not sure why but I’ve been humming that song off and on all day.

It’s been quite a day, I’m ready for a nap already, I’m just not as young as I should be these days!

First off, not much has been happening the past week. I’ve been slowly getting into the swing of hourly juicing, although it’s more 2-hourly juicing, since it takes about an hour to actually do the juice and get cleaned up afterwards, but if it works it’s worth it I suppose.

Well I survived the decorating, at least for the most part. I did come close to ripping most of the hair out of my head, until I remembered I wouldn’t be able to brush it forward and hide behind it if I did that…

So my hair remains intact.

The contents of the bedroom were removed on Monday last week, Ceilings were painted on Tuesday and paper was hung on Wednesday. Thursday we gave it a day off to dry out, then Friday, Saturday and Sunday were taken up painting it.
