Getting so tired, tired of the same…

Still computerless *wails*
I can get mine to do a complete bootup about one in every 8 attempts, and even then it’s potluck if the power holds long enough to use it or if the motherboard fizzles out the second it’s fully loaded.
I’ve got my eye on a snazzy high power linux desktop with an even snazzier liquid cooling system. I’ll not be as portable as I was with my laptop…
So no more journal entries while sat on the potty… How will I cope… Whadda ya mean you don’t need to know where I do my best writing…?
Now I just need them to confirm the price so I can give them the go ahead to build the thing. Looks like I’m going to be pretty much computerless for at least a week
I’m getting serious withdrawal already… This is not good
Fortunately I got to sit and peer out of the window all afternoon watching the new neighbours move in. And oh my did they have a lot of pine goods. *shudders*
Still I can’t complain too hard, they provided me with many hours of entertainment… Hmm me thinks I really need to get out more if I can find people moving 101 MacDonald’s boxes filled with… well whatever they were filled with… interesting…

Yay! It still knows who I am! Thank you for your comments at my “other” place. It’s sort of a temporary home, but it’ll do for now.
I hope you get that computer up and running as it should Mark!

Just having to wait to get the prices on a new one, it’s going to be easier than trying to get this one repaired I think. Maybe a repair further down the line, but I think I over work laptops too heavily

At least you have some local entertainment while you’re waiting on those prices. I keep looking at new laptops too, why I don’t know, I have a good one I don’t even use much. It’s almost time to replace the desktop but as long as it works, I won’t be buying a new one anytime soon.

Ahh but you can never have too many PC’s areound the place, especially laptops… You never know when they’re going to get antsy and refuse to do as they’re told. They need to realise they can easily be replaced
