Oh what a feeling, when you’re dancing on the ceiling…

I had my second physiotherapy appointment last week and I’m beginning to have my doubts how well it’s going to work out.
I was at the appointment last Friday, and today is the first day I’ve been able to actually move like a normal human being since. Not really a very good sign is it?
It’s supposed to be a therapy, not inducing complete incapacity.
Still, it’s been informative if nothing else. Guess I’ll just have to see what happens next trip there in about 3 more weeks.
On the plus side, it’s given me a chance to catch up on some DVD’s, hunt out a few handy looking plugins for this journal ready to attempt to install tomorrow…
Oh and I found a nice, nifty little program for designing (and printing) CD/DVD covers, cases inserts and the like. So all my TV series I’ve put on to DVD are looking nice and snazzy at last.. Plus now the cases are labelled I can tell what they are and find the one I’m looking for without having to open each and every one of them.
Always a good thing I recon.
Not a lot else going on, but then not being able to move probably will have that effect on life. I’m currently sat here watching (or half watching rather) Inside Man…
Not exactly interesting so far, and I gather the script is rather heavily reliant on expletives rather than actual dialogue, so I have a sneaky feeling I’ll be watching something else instead in a very short while.
I’ll put up with some levels of profanity for the sake of a good film, but when they have nothing but swearing, I can’t see the point. All the offensive material in the world doesn’t hide a shoddy script and poor dialogue.

Well darn, this therapy is supposed to be helpful not a hinderance.

if that physio thing is anything like the ultrasound that I had a few years ago.. which I had performed upon a damaged rotatory cuff in my shoulder… then it gets crappy, achy and the limbs do end up feeling heavier for a while.. whilst the body ‘does its thing’ to repair etc.. not knowing much about physiotherapy I am just surmising that if you stick with it for a little while you may find it helping in the longer term.. but of course take that advice upon professional advisement..

blulady – I thought that too.
Scott – I’m pretty sure physio isn’t anything like an ultrasound… Actually all I did while I was there was sit and talk about the exercise program.
