I sent a friend who works in Iraq a Halloween e-card. Being the kind soul that I am. Well he had to then try to explain to his collegues what it was and then the Americans tried to explain trick or treat to the locals present. I am slightly concerned by the idea of trick or treating there. If this hits the news pray for my already tainted soul..... On the point of hibernation - why only in winter? hmm? a true gamer never leaves his/her station! I've also always thought... why does the government allow explosives to be sold over the counter when we have an on-going war upon terrorism?! I've often thought... what is the point of setting off one piddly little rocket when you have a whole box of them that you could set off all at once with a full petrol can gaffa taped to the box just for good measure.. and maybe right next to the electrical transformer that powers the estate where all these chavs live that make other peoples lives hell throughout the year and upon otherwise enjoyable lighthearted seasonal occasions... now that would be a more exciting spectacle to behold than standing in the middle of a muddy field in the rain next to a glorified compost heap fire hypnotically transfixed upon an increasingly soggy limp sparkler fizzling out to its death in your hand!!! hahahahaha hibernate?.. nah..
