I’m in an odd mood today.

Still bored silly, this is day four of this particular mental funk.

And I’m now at the point where I’ve been wandering around the internet leaving random comments on blogs, guestbooks and the likes for no apparent reason. Chances are the comments probably make no sense to anyone else, but I’m finding them strangely clever and witty…

Looks like it’s one of those days where you just wake up and feel blah…

The only thought runninng through your head is how quick can you go back to bed and skip the day entirely.

I’m bored, with no clue why.

It’s certainly not for want of things to do, there’s more things that need doing than there are hours in the week…

I just can’t seem to motivate myself to do any of them.

Somebody come over and entertain me…

Unbelievable.

I’ve just seen the TV advertising the release of a new movie called “World Trade Center”.

Maybe it’s just me, but I think it’s disgusting that they turned such a tragedy into a film.

I don’t care how sensitively they handled the material, the fact still remains, they’re turning a horrific tragedy into entertainment.

Woot, yay me!

I finally got a few things figured out on this thing (I’ve only had this blog software a couple of years now after all…)

I finally have high speed comments, no more waiting around for 10 minutes to see if the thing has actually saved a comment.

The anti-spam is still a bit awkward, it likes people to be using a regular ip address and give their email address so it can ok their comments. Without the email, or if it’s a new ip address, it’s still sticking them in the pending box until I’m online to authenticate them.

Still, I guess I should be happy, at least this way there is no chance of spam messages or trackbacks getting posted on my site!

What’s with the appeal of the sound of the likes of Justin Timberlake and Mariah Carey/Whitney Houston?

I just don’t get it.

One sounds like he’s just slammed his testicles in a door jam, the other has more wailing than a collection of cats.

I must be in the minority here, because I really don’t get it, to me both styles sound like a whole load of showing off with very little of anything tuneful going on.

So… Somebody want to explain it to me?

I must look like a fricken billboard with legs.

I swear I didn’t have “Rent this space” tattooed on my ass when I went to bed last night, but it would appear it’s there in full technicoloured glory when I got up this morning.

Thirty friend requests over the various community/photo rating sites I’m a member of.

Most from bands or businesses, obviously wanting free advertising and a few from some girls who… well lets just say the only information their profile didn’t specify was their hourly rate if you catch my drift.

Joan (aka blulady) was mentioning having to attend a meeting in a blog entry the other day and how boring they can be.

It got me thinking.

Those things are so boring, it never seems to matter what they are about, which industry you are in, you could easily all be sat in the same meeting the world over.

And how anyone can get so excited over a flipchart without the aid of chemical assistance is beyond me.
