All the old pantings on the tomb, they do the sundance don’t you know…

Can I go die now…?

Please…?

And while I’m about it, I’d just like to make an official note about how much I dislike the new swydm layout, can’t find a thing anymore… And several of my favourites appear to have left :-(
Honestly, you’re bedridden for a week and the whole place goes to pieces!

We live, we die, we fade into the afterlife…

Well, it’s been quite a week. But then again, it’s been quite a day too… in fact, after today I decided I’m never leaving the house again! Let’s just say it involved being attacked by pigeon, destroying a bar, falling on my face, and makeup problems… :asbestos: Plus there was another small incident the just proves the fact that you really can’t take me anywhere!

I’m tempted to start of what happened today, and work backwards… But I suppose it makes more sense to start from the beginning…

It all started last Tuesday, typically early morning, about 7:30 to be exact. That was when we got a phone call from the home to tell us that my grandfather died.

I’m not sure which it says more about, need or my family, but it has to be said, I first thought was not “Oh no my grandfather has died…” it was more along the lines of, ” Oh no, how am I going to get my hair cut before the funeral…”

I’m at a place called Vertigo, It’s everything I wish I didn’t know…

Well, here we are again… I’m back…

I kept meaning to come back in and write something, but was to problems is that… firstly I just needed a break, I think I still do… secondly, I just didn’t have anything to write.

I would have liked my first entry to have been something cheerful, happy, uplifting, were just plain zany… unfortunately it’s not.

The phone call on Saturday from the home to say that my grandfather had had a chest infection of the last couple of days, and that they had to get the doctor out who said it had turned into bronchitis.

Then the phone call early this morning to say that he was much worse, and probably wouldn’t last the day. Naturally, my father’s first reaction, “while not coming out of the work early, and one late shift…”

This was top only by my aunt, who wear my father told her, at some point in conversation said that she still wanted to pop in and look at our bathrooms…

Is it just me or is my family odd?

We are the cartoon heroes; we exist on a piece of paper…

Oh dear… I’ve discovered online gaming… And I’ve discovered it’s quite addictive!

I bought City of Heroes the other day, and I haven’t been on the computer except while playing it since. I was starting to find it quite monotonous after the first 9 hours of play… But then I got asked to join a super-hero team… (I’ve since been on about 5, and we kicked ass ever time! :-D)

Needless to say I now have computer screen eyes, mouse hand and repetitive strain injury in my weapons fingers… Ahh well, the things we endure for entertainment (How else does Big Brother stay on the air…? :-p)

With that said, I’ve been away from the city for too long… If I’m not back in 6 months… Somebody send out a search and rescue team would you…?

Or just cancel my gaming subscription licence! :-((
