I’m talking “New and Improved”!

11/12/2004

Now I know I said my next entry was going to be about my new sleeping arrangements, but I’m going to hold off on that until the weekend, for reasons… Well reasons I’m not telling you about until then :-p

In the mean time let’s talk about…

Dishwashers! :dances:

Now I know what you’re thinking, how can I possibly get excited enough about a dishwasher to perform a naked fraggle pole dance?

Dulce et Decorum Est

11/11/2004

Bent double, like old beggars under sacks,
Knock-kneed, coughing like hags, we cursed through sludge,
Till on the haunting flares we turned our backs
And towards our distant rest began to trudge.
Men marched asleep. Many had lost their boots
But limped on, blood-shod. All went lame; all blind;
Drunk with fatigue; deaf even to the hoots

Life is…?

11/09/2004

Well I guess it’s getting back to normal.

Although I should perhaps use the term “normal” rather loosely when referring to things here. What I mean to say is that life is returning to it’s usual state of insanity…

I was going to discuss the sleeping arrangements, but I’ll save that for another entry… And before anyone starts to wonder what I could possibly mean, this is me remember :flirt: so chances are its not what you’re thinking… Although feel free to leave suggestions in the comments box :-D

Grief

11/07/2004

I haven’t been profound for a while… Come to think of it I haven’t really been anything for a while… What with Bonnie, and the lack of a working laptop, I’ve been a bit out of the loop… But that’s a tale for another entry.

It could also be part of the problem, since I’ve had nothing to take my mind off things, which has given me far more time to wallow than can possibly be healthy

Time to get the rest of the grief out of my system so I can move on to other things.

I’ve come to the conclusion that there is no such thing as grief.

Why me?

11/02/2004

Why is it always me?

Huh… Huh… I ask you?

Why is it if there’s a faulty computer, I’ll get it?

Why is it always the way that my backup dies on me just as I’m trying to copy it to a new computer?

And why is it that no matter what I do to get around the problem it never works?

:-((
