Have you ever had one of those days where you don’t know whether to throw yourself under a bus, run down the street looking for someone to shoot you, or just go back to bed and stay there for at least a month…

Guess what… That’s my day covered!

My ebay auctions finished today, and they were doing well. None of the video tapes had any bids, but the other things did, so I thought I was all set for having some cash to cover the new computer equipment I have just bought, and a bit left over to put to one side…

It was a night of endings yesterday, I ate the last tub of ice cream in the house :-((, it was the last ever episode of Friends and the last in the series of American idol…

I liked Friends when it first came out, I used to watch it all the time, but after the first couple of series it got predictable, tired and the jokes just weren’t funny any more, so I gave up… But since it was the last ever episode, I decided to have a look at it and see what it was like…

That’s actually been true the past few days, I’ve still been awake at about 3am, and I could see the sky brightening up as the sun got ready to peek over the horizon for another day…

Last night I was exceptionally restless, not sure why but I was thinking about a television programme that was on about a year ago…

If you are of a delicate disposition and don’t wish to read about genitalia… Walk away now!

I don’t often discuss things of such a delicate and intimate nature, so make the most of it!

I’ve been looking at the photo rating photos again… :shocked: There’s some scary people out there!

Or they just take a really bad photo… Or both…
But some of the poses… They’re just designed to have people laughing at them… The number of people who are trying to have a seductive pout, is astounding… And the number of them who manage to pull it off compared to the numbers who look like they’re trying to resuscitate a large fish is quite frightening!

Welp… :giggles: I’m almost all reinstalled now :dances: now I just need to retune everything to the way I like it!

For those what don’t know :loser: the title of this entry is from the musical “Oliver”. I don’t know why, but I’ve been singing it all day… That and “Mambo Italiano”… Quite a combination to sing whilst jet washing the brickwork

Ooo, but first… :asbestos: I should mention to a certain someone (and I have my suspicions who they are, despite the fake email address)… Just because you comment in an old entry, don’t think I won’t know about it instantly… (and no I’m not saying how, what or which entry!)

I am, after all, the all-knowing, all-seeing, all singing and dancing naked fraggle… I know all (just ask my mother), I see all (especially things I’m not supposed to), nothing can be kept from me for long! Of course my journal tells me who’s left comments ant to which entry, but that’s not the point :shh:

Well… I can official say that the British postal system truly sucks!

I’m selling a few things on ebay, and someone contacted me about a handheld psion computer, wanting to know the cost of posting it to Canada… :shocked:

I couldn’t believe it! It would cost £7.20 to post in England, which I think is expensive enough… But to mail it to Canada…

It’s rediculous, it’s taken 3 days to reinstall my computer system, I had 3 versions of linux downloaded, and not one of them would work on my laptop…:-((

It’s going to take another week to get everything tweaked and twiddled to the way I like to work with them :sigh:

Only now I have no computer and I killed the new steam cleaner, my DVD drive didn’t turn up, the laptop has crashed, linux won’t install and I’ve got to spend the next 3 days reinstalling windows…

I think I’m addicted to ebay… I’ve been bidding like a maniac, spent several hours yesterday getting some things ready to sell so I could take advantage of their free listing offer, and then :giggles: just had to check the computer to see if anyone had bid at 2am before I could go to bed…

I was thrilled to find that somebody had already placed a bid on one of them! :woohoo:

I got the letter from my specialist I have been waiting for… Only the new treatment isn’t what I was expecting…

Apparently an Ice Cream company has had to pull an advert that used the tag line “Eeny, meeny, miney, mo.” for the difficulty in choosing the ice cream, because activists have classed it as racist.
