Murder she wrote, talking ’bout murder she wrote…
11/28/2003
I was reading an item in the newspaper the other day about the trial of a mass murderer.
I didn’t read the full article, but it said that a man had gone on the rampage and started a killing spree that left a trail of dead in his wake as he cut a bloody trail across several states.
Now maybe it’s me, or maybe I’ve been watching too many movies, but when I hear terms like “Mass Murder”, “Killing Spree”, “trail of dead” etc., I expect there to be dozens of bodies.
I expect it to be close to being in the twenties at the very least.
But no.
Eight.
Only eight bodies were used to make this “bloody trail”.
What gives?
In the movies they have to kill that many before the police even leave their donuts.
*sigh*
I think I’ve been watching too much TV!
Edit
And what is the difference between a Mass Murderer and a Multiple Murderer?
