I like the Internet.
I find it much easier to talk to people online, and be open with them. You would find me a far more guarded person should you ever meet me than I appear online.
But after reading slurpie’s journal entry today, it got me thinking.

This Christmas I’m going to start killing people if I hear one more Christmas song, and it’s still only November!
I had to go out to town again last week, and I’m not going back until well after the January sales!
In fact, I have decided that in future, I am just going to go into hibernation from the second week of November, and not surface again until the end of January.

I decided to post a little reminder about my journal competition.

I was reading an item in the newspaper the other day about the trial of a mass murderer.
I didn’t read the full article, but it said that a man had gone on the rampage and started a killing spree that left a trail of dead in his wake as he cut a bloody trail across several states.

Someone was a little confuzzled (and maybe a little scared) by the entries about my smurf/muppet DNA problem that I posted back on the 3rd and 6th August 2003.
So I sent a short explanation to try and make it a little clearer.
I thought it might be worth posting that here, just to clarify for anyone who doesn?t know me all that well yet. It might help give you an inside look at “the man behind the muppet” so to speak
