Well as you may have noticed, it’s been a long couple of days. The broadband company told me I would have a replacement a couple of days after sending my faulty stuff back. It turns out that they test the stuff to make sure it is faulty. Their tech department was flat out, so it’s taken almost 2 weeks.
*sob*
However, they eventually found the fault, replaced the faulty part (returned the rest all covered in scratches, so that means another complaint to have to make *rolls eyes*). But the end result is that it all came back today, so I’m back online, and fully broadbanded
