I need sleep so badly.

I was up most of the night waiting for the emergency doctor. My mother had started to swell up from some antibiotics she was taking.

She woke up with a rash yesterday morning. By lunchtime the rash was spreading, so she rang the doctor. Only problem is that our doctor is away on extended leave (no one knows why) and the two doctors looking after the practice have both decided to go part time. So a doctor would be in for two hours yesterday afternoon, then no doctor until Thursday afternoon (another couple of hours) then a full day on Friday. There are no appointments for the next two weeks, and they are not making any house calls.
