Ok, so my life’s pathetic. It’s official!

Nevermind the highlight of the day, the weeks highlight was a trip to the doctors. Apparently I have a chest infection. (Hmm, didn’t I say that like two days ago?) So it’s onwards to the antibiotics, which is normally followed by the aches, pains, fatigue and slight confussion. So if it’s true to form, that’s the next 3-4 weeks of my life taken care of. No work and no money. Hmm, on the bright side, at least I’ll get to catch up on my writing (more…)

…Life sucks

Isn’t it strange how stressfull life online can be. All these people I’ve never met, and only know through their forum entries are leaving. Two days of that and I feel like I’ve been run over by a truck. I’ve already said in the forums, but I want to make the point. The site just won’t (and doesn’t) feel the same without them. I’ve got so used to seeing Snowboardkid under me on the members list, and Tellurstorywalkn floating around the forums with his unique view on things, and now Nak’s going too.

Ok so a reality TV show concert (Fame Academy), mixed age audience, ranging from about 5 years old to around 70 years old. Should be a gentle introduction to the concert scene, music won’t be too loud, the audience won’t be screaming so loud that you can’t hear a thing, right? Wrong!

It has to be said that sitting right below the batch of about 15 super-sized speakers, might not have been the best seats in the house, it took two days for my ears to stop ringing! But why concerts need to turn the volume up so loud that you can’t hear what the people on stage are saying/singing is beyond me.
